Ginger Lemon Tea Recipe

Tingle your taste buds and boost your immune system with this zingy Ginger Lemon Tea recipe.

An invigorating tonic in every sense of the word, this zesty Ginger Lemon Tea recipe takes only four ingredients and packs a punch with vitamins and antioxidants! Another big plus: Ginger Lemon Tea helps fight against brain aging. You can also opt-in for Black tea!

Ingredients

4 cups Water
1 Lemon
1 Piece of ginger, about 2-3 inches (5-7 cm)
2 tsp Honey or preferred sweetener

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat
  2. Cut lemon and ginger into thin slices. Add to the hot water
  3. Steep for 5-10 minutes
  4. Opt-in the Black tea if desired by pouring the already steeped tea (loose leaves or tea bags) into the lemon and ginger mixture.
  5. Strain and pour the wholesome tonic into your favorite mug.
  6. Add honey, stir, and serve.
