This whimsical Citrus Spiced Black Tea recipe is based on black tea, Orange Pekoe, and brims with rich flavors and health benefits.

The recipe serves between 90 and 115 cups of tea (8 oz), so it’s great for a large party or gathering.

You can divide it into glass jars and give it to your fellow tea lovers as a gift or party favor.

(Note: If you’ve gone to Le Cordon Bleu and your chopping skills are on point, this will go faster for you!)

Ingredients

½ lb Ceylon Orange Pekoe Tea – (tea leaves, not brewed tea)
2 cups Hibiscus Flower
2 cups Dried Peppermint Leaves
1 cup Cinnamon Chips
2 cups Chopped Orange Peel
½ cup Whole Cloves

Directions

  1. Chop orange peel
  2. In a large bowl, combine Orange Pekoe Black tea with hibiscus flowers, peppermint, cinnamon chips, dried orange peels, and cloves.
  3. Brew in a large bowl, and enjoy! We recommend using a tea ball or sachet.
*Note: 2 grams of this blend will produce 115 cups of delicious tea.
